Arbor Day:  educates on the value of planting trees

Awards:   matches to club projects and applies for Grants

Ways & Means:  explores fundraising

Community Liaison:  represents WRCGC at events and meetings to collaborate with community and civic groups

Flower Shows:  encourages and educates members regarding participation in shows

Garden Tours:  organizes summer garden tours

Gift Certificate Sales:  spring fundraiser for beautification projects

Greens Market Sales:  fall fundraiser for public horticulture related programs and other club activities

Historical Committee: logs, preserves and organizes all documents, member books, photos and other materials retained in the club's collection of historical artifacts

Hospitality:  welcomes members and guest at each meeting

Membership:  member recruitment, engagement and retention

Nominating:  Board of Directors

Programs:  Plan member and community programs         Chair is 1st VP

Publicity, Photography, Social Media:  announces WRCGC events, posts activities and educational and newsworthy events on Facebook, Instagram and website

Records Management:  implements and manages all club records via club Google Drive, manages website

Sunshine:  sends cards to members for special events, provides small gifts for end of meeting drawings

Telephone:  calls members who seek audio information regarding club activities

Yearbook:  creates, publishes, and distributes the annual yearbook        Chair is 2nd VP

Youth Activities:  oversees 1-5th grade Smokey Bear/Woodsy Owl poster contest, youth gardening (future project)
